Sian Lewis is a data scientist and researcher who serves as the Head of Research at A—B Partners. Also, she serves as a political data scientist by employing predictive analytics on Democratic political campaigns. She serves on the board of MakersLab DC. Her research focuses on narrative structure and persuasion. She formerly served as the team lead for the Department of Defense Healthcare Management System Modernization project (DHMSM) at Booz, Allen, Hamilton. Her recent accolades include the 2021 Society of Women Engineers Spark award, the 2021 Black Engineer of the Year Modern Day Technology Leader Award, the 2020 Women of Color in STEM award, and the 2019 DC FemTech award. She holds a Master of Science in Data Science and Analytics from Thomas Edison University. She lives in Washington, DC.
