Ash brings over a decade of experience leading and organizing teams to launch innovative, mission-driven initiatives. Throughout her career she has remained committed to systems-centered, empathic design thinking and narrative transformation as a tool for social change. Prior to Harmony Labs, she co-founded and ran operations for Allbodies Health (acquired) and led product for a first-of-its-kind deathcare offering that turns people and pets into trees.

While no longer practicing, she is also a seasoned doula and (still practicing) mother.
