Kasia has spent her career building new ventures across journalism, film, tech, and climate. As Director of Creative Strategy & Production at Harmony Labs, she translates research into strategies, tools, and media collaborations that help partners turn insight into impact. Previously, she shaped editorial strategy for the climate philanthropies Waverley Street Foundation and Earth Alliance, where she developed a creator-driven approach to climate storytelling that reached millions. At The Atlantic, she launched and led Atlantic Studios, the magazine's in-house documentary division, where she produced the award-winning feature documentary White Noise, which premiered at AFI Docs and IDFA and won Best Documentary at Raindance. She also co-founded Portrait, a community and app for media and entertainment professionals. Originally from Massachusetts, she now lives in Laguna Beach, CA, where she's thrilled to swim in the ocean year round.
