Marcel Wittich

Research Fellow


Marcel is a volunteer research fellow at Harmony Labs focusing on data analysis with respect to social networks, information bias, and topic formation. He is a German grad student currently enrolled in the program "Finance and Information Management" at Technical University Munich, University of Augsburg, and the University of Bayreuth. During the program, he focuses his research on analyzing Twitter data including a study on the recent German Federal Election. Before that, Marcel worked for more than three years as a Technical Consultant at major IT corporations including SAP and IBM advising clients in software and enterprise architecture.

In his free time, Marcel is out exploring food-spots across the city, enjoys running in Central Park, and strolling around the different neighborhoods.
